ril138 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all users of the ril138 platform. By accessing or using ril138 services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, or using ril138 services in any form, you expressly confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with the applicable terms, you are not permitted to use ril138 services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the ril138 platform. Users who are under 18 years of age or below the legal age limit applicable in their jurisdiction are not permitted to register for or use ril138 services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet that age requirement.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the ril138 platform. Creating more than one account by the same individual may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including their full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. ril138 will never ask for your password via email, messages, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the ril138 support team immediately at [email protected]. Users are encouraged to use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
ril138 users must use the service in accordance with applicable regulations and must not use it for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. Users are prohibited from using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools that could manipulate game outcomes or harm other users.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of ril138 services does not violate any laws applicable in their place of residence. ril138 reserves the right to take necessary action, including account suspension, if there is any indication of a breach of these terms. Any losses arising from a user's breach of these terms are entirely the responsibility of the user in question.
4. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals (IDR)
All financial transactions on the ril138 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users can make deposits through the available payment methods, including local bank transfers (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri) and digital wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may change at any time and will be displayed transparently on the transactions page.
The processing time for deposits and withdrawals depends on the chosen payment method and the processing time of the relevant bank or digital wallet provider. ril138 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Users must ensure that the payment method used is registered under the same name as their account on the ril138 platform. Withdrawal requests that do not meet verification requirements may be declined or delayed.
5. Account Suspension and Closure
ril138 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if a breach of these Terms & Conditions is found, if suspicious activity is detected, or if the platform is being used for unauthorised purposes. Account suspension may be temporary (pending investigation) or permanent depending on the severity of the breach.
Users may also submit a voluntary account closure request by contacting the ril138 support team. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedure, provided all verification requirements have been met. Accounts closed due to a policy violation may not be eligible for a balance refund. ril138's decisions regarding account suspension and closure are final.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Third-Party Links
All content on the ril138 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of ril138 or parties that have granted a licence to ril138. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from that content without written permission from ril138.
The ril138 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for the convenience of users. Those links do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by ril138 of the content, products, or services available on third-party sites. ril138 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users are advised to read the terms of use of any third-party site independently before engaging with their services.
7. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
ril138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this document so users can easily see when the terms were last revised.
By continuing to use ril138 services after changes are published, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms.
